Data Manager – Activation

To activate your license you need to have your license number available and be connected to the internet as the registration is made online. You will find your license number on your License agreement.

If your company uses proxy servers in the computer network, proxy settings need to be inserted into Pipeson Data Manager. Please, see the instruction ‘Proxy Server’ for details.

To activate – New license

  1. Start Pipeson Data Manager
  2. Click on ‘Activate’ under Main menu – Help – Activate
  3. Fill in License number, Name and Email address
  4. Accept terms and conditions
  5. Click on ‘Activate’ button

 

If you change computer, please contact support@pipeson.com. We need to re-activate your Data Manager license.

To activate – With a current active license

  1. Start Pipeson Data Manager
  2. Click on ‘Renew License’ under Main menu – Help
  3. Fill in new License number
  4. Accept terms and conditions
  5. Click on ‘Activate’ button

 

The remaining license subscription time will be added to your new subscription. This means that you can activate your new license as soon as you get it.

In case that your “current” license has expired, Pipeson Data Manager will open a license activation window at start-up.
