Thereafter we support you during the implementation and educate all users to make sure they become proficient users. During the information transfer phase we share as much relevant information as possible. With the information at hand, Pipeson can design the optimum software solution for your specific needs.

Solution design

Once we have a solid understanding of your business needs we will design a solution that consists of the right number and types of user licenses.


Pipeson’s software solution is delivered as a Microsoft Azure cloud solution. It is also possible to install the solution locally. Regardless of how the system is implemented we will do the configuration and assist you in uploading available data from multiple sources. We will make sure that all is up and running and you can start using your new software solution immediately.


Pipeson provides training to all users through a series of web based live sessions. We also offer onsite training at customer sites worldwide when requested, and provide user guides that cover all necessary topics in order to work successfully with the Pipeson software.

Support phase

After the successful implementation and education, Pipeson and our partners will maintain all software and provide technical support and user support via phone, e-mail, TeamViewer and web meetings. Full support is included for all our users.
