Dr. Gedde is professor of Polymeric Materials at Fibre and Polymer Technology, School of Chemical Science & Engineering, KTH Royal Institute of Technology. He is also the editor of a scientific journal, the European Polymer Journal and has written ca. 250 scientific articles.

He has also written an international textbook ´Polymer Physics’ for students, which is used by universities all over the world. Dr. Gedde has published over 50 scientific articles in the area of plastic pipes and has a close collaboration with Exova as well as with resin producers such as Borealis.
