We understand that a streamlined, uninterrupted workflow is a key factor in optimizing your business in terms of quality and efficiency, and in meeting and exceeding your customers’ expectations. Currently 70 companies on four continents use our software solutions in order to optimize evaluation, manage pressure test data and to streamline communication and collaboration.

Pipeson Analyzer is a complete tool for data evaluation and communication of findings.

Pipeson Data Manager manages all aspects of projects and approvals including data and documents.

New Functionality
Approval Management is the most recently added functionality in the Pipeson Data Manager. It allows you to manage approvals for materials, pipes, fittings and piping systems with ease and provides an additional layer of control. It effectively prevents you from jeopardizing your business by failing to renew approvals in time and helps you to make sure that all approvals are valid on all prospective markets.

Approval Manager keeps all the information pertaining to approvals safe over time, as it is stored in a central database. You and your colleagues will always know where to store the information and you can always go straight to the source to locate it.

Cloud-based Service
Pipeson’s software can be installed either locally, partly or completely in the cloud. Pipeson Cloud is a ‘Software as a Service’ – (SaaS) solution. It is based on Microsoft’s Azure Cloud platform and hosted in Microsoft datacenters. Microsoft has developed rigorous security guidelines laid out in the Operational Security Assurance (OSA) process. Azure meets a broad set of international and industry-specific compliance standards e.g. the international cloud privacy standard ISO 27018.

For the past two years Pipeson has dedicated a lot of resources to the development of the recently launched Approval Management functionality in Pipeson Data Manager. Our next product development focus will be on creating a tool for managing factory production quality control plans. The need for this tool was brought to our attention by one of our customers and our development team has validated the idea. We are currently visiting a number of production plants in Europe to learn more about the exact work flow and procedures. The plan is to launch the new module during the second quarter of 2016.

It’s now been 8 years since we launched Pipeson Analyzer 1.0 at the Plastic Pipes Conference in Budapest in 2008. Since then we have worked together with users and development partners and we have continuously increased Analyzer’s scope and application areas.  Together, we have built a very competent software tool.

Now, we have initiated yet another major development phase and are currently in the process of implementing a number of new ideas. This time we have a special focus on making Pipeson Analyzer smarter and to increase the level of automation. We have already decided to improve the project monitoring and data simulation capabilities to make it easier to stay on track, meet requirements and also to look into possible future scenarios of ongoing projects.

We are planning to launch the next version of the software at the end of the first quarter 2016, which means that there is still time for you to get your ideas included in the next release. Please contact us if you would like to contribute. If you already have submitted ideas to Pipeson you will be contacted when it is time to check the implementation of your proposal.
